Trainings in professional Gouda cheese making
This basic training course in making Gouda cheese offers a good introduction to the profession of cheese making and is intended for (agricultural) entrepreneurs and professionals who want to explore the possibilities of making cheese themselves. Afterward you will have a good idea of the entire process, and you will have completed it once.
The 1-day training largely consists of making your own cheese and part of the theoretical framework, which is explained in practice.
The training can be followed in a location selected by Esther in Rotterdam or at your own company location in The Netherlands or abroad.
In the two-day in-depth training in making Gouda cheese, Esther shares all the essential knowledge with (agricultural) entrepreneurs and professionals, allowing them to produce their own cheese.
The theoretical aspects are covered in depth, giving participants a solid foundation to solve any problems that arise. The training ends with a practical day when Esther puts the discussed theory into practice.
After completing the training, the participants are ready to make Gouda cheese themselves in their company.
