Esther has assisted the cheese makers in tackling cheese defects and improving production and the quality of the cheese. She fulfilled the role of sparring partner and troubleshooter to tackle the issues surrounding the existing production problems and cheese defects.
Esther also provided a self-developed cheese training to the plant manager, food engineers, quality manager and shift manager. During the training, good in-depth technological discussions took place about the quality of the end products, the process, the defects and the associated solutions as well as practical solutions. Some issues were solved easily and quickly, while others required a bit more challenge.
The training focused on both the practice and the theory behind the process. All this includes tackling and improving cheese defects and the production process, so that the cheese makers and employees can further develop and refine their skills and technological knowledge. This has made it clearer to them how defects can be prevented in the future.
This resulted in a satisfied client and motivated employees.
