The cheese factory was built in 2014 according to EU standards and they supply directly to consumers from their flag stores and to retail. All kinds of Turkish and European cheeses are produced, both for sale in Turkey and abroad (Iraq, Israel, Lebanon).<\/p>\n

During the training, good in-depth technological discussions took place about the quality of the end products, the process, the defects and the associated solutions as well as practical solutions. Some issues were solved easily and quickly, while others required a bit more challenge.<\/p>\n The training focused on both the practice and the theory behind the process. All this includes tackling and improving cheese defects and the production process, so that the cheese makers and employees can further develop and refine their skills and technological knowledge.
